Private apartment worlds in VRChat, to buy or rent.
A catalogue of apartment worlds made to live in, host in and hang out in. The first one is Winter Loft: an A-frame cabin in a snowy forest, with a fireplace, a sauna, a loft and a media wall.
The problem
Having a place of your own in VR is harder than it should be.
Most time in VRChat is spent in public worlds. They're shared with whoever turns up, and you don't get much say over who joins or what's on the screen.
If you pay for somewhere private, you want it to be good, to work the same way every time, and to be clear about what happens when your access runs out.
Every Penthaus apartment is built on the same base kit and has to pass the same quality bar. The free tier is worth visiting on its own, owners get host rights, and when a rental ends, access ends cleanly.
Yours to host
Owners get host rights over who can join the instance and what plays on the TV. Buying happens in-world through VRChat's own store.
Buy it or rent it
Ownership, subscriptions and temporary listings are all supported, and access ends cleanly when a listing expires.
Light it how you like
Day, Golden and Night lighting presets, plus working doors.
Mirrors that stay out of the way
Mirror spots with HQ, LQ, Transparent and Off modes. They start switched off.
